Acceptance at the Holistic Festival is on a first come first serve basis as there is limited space. Booth fees must be paid in full, prior to set up at the show, unless other arrangements are made. Set up: Friday evening, November 14 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm. The building will be open at 8:00 am for set up on Saturday the 15. The doors will be open for vendors at 9:00 am on Sunday. The Fair will open to the public at 10:00 am Saturday and Sunday. The building will be locked each evening at the end of the day. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise or damage to your booth. You choose the level of your risk. Booth Space: $150 for an 8x10 vendor space in the main floor area. Reader space is $75 for table space. Sales tax: must be collected from your customers and paid to the appropriate entity. You are responsible for this. We do not collect sales tax nor do we report to the city or county. Woodland Park City tax is 3.9% and Teller County is 3%. Directions: Take I-25 to the Hwy 24 exit 141 heading WESTBOUND. It is approximately 19 miles west to Woodland Park and on the corner of Hwy 24 (Midland) and Fairview. Parking is in the rear of the building and in the parking lot across the street off Fairview. I have read and agree to abide by all of the Fair rules. I understand that failure to follow any of the regulations and conditions of this agreement can result in being asked to leave and/or not being invited to participate in future events. Exhibitor’s agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ALL sponsors and hosts; Roxanne Roberts, Jim Haggins, Amy Porter, Sacred Hoop Ministry, Equinaut LLC, Ute Pass Cultural Center, the City of Woodland Park and its employees and agents, for all claims, demands, suits, actions, and liabilities resulting from injuries or death to any person or damage or loss of property by participants in, on, or around Ute Pass Cultural Center, Woodland Park or the City of Woodland Park for years 2008/2009.
